Any nature of business in India supplies of goods and services with exceeding turnover of Rs.20 lakh should registered under GST.
Documents required for register under GST
1.Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for GST registration
2.Place of business
3.Valid Bank Account number from India
4.IFSC Code of the same bank
5.Valid phone number
6.Valid e-mail address
7.Jurisdiction details
8.One Partner/Proprietor/Director with corresponding PAN
9.Documents and information is mandatory as per the application fields
10.An authorised signatory who is resident of India with valid details, including PAN.
How to register under GST
1.Logon to GST online portal
2.Fill up the form – Part A with necessary details in Form GST REG-01 (PAN, email & Phone number)
3.The GST portal will verifies your details by email or OTP
4.Fill the Form Part B and need to upload required documents as per business
5.You will get application reference number via registered phone or email
6.GST officials will starts to verify your application form
7.An Acknowledgement will generate in form GST REG -02
8.Officer will ask more details or information in GST REG -03 and you should furnish the documents within 7 working days in Form GST REG-04
9.The GST officials may reject your application if they find any wrong, you will be informed in Form GST REG-05
10.Finally a certificate of registration will be issued to you by the department in Form GST REG-06
